		<description>There&#039;s insufficient information here about how/when the tests were done.  Obviously, someone who&#039;s rested for 5 days will perform better than someone who&#039;s rested 3.

I can&#039;t really take these results seriously without knowing how the experimenter controlled for the amount of rest time between the last session and the last measured results.</description>

		<description>Fantastically, when a study says &#039;Cumulating endurance training&#039; that&#039;s all it&#039;s referring to.  You can&#039;t apply it to strength training which is why weight training isn&#039;t mentioned anywhere above except in your comment.</description>

I can see how that would work for aerobic training from a physiological standpoint, but I don&#039;t see how it would for weightlifting.
