I don&#039;t stop by much but like to check in here and there. This series (and the one on Meal Frequency too) is top notch and you are certainly kind in giving away this much to this point (as I know you also have written much more in your ebook). People wonder why they spend $300 a month on supplements and get little to no results....maybe they will start to get the picture. Thanks for helping to cut through the bodybuilding/supplement industry crap out there.
