		<description>Sorry forgot to say strength/muscle mass gain, the study was to discover protein utilization, since some studies had predicted that only a certain gram uasage somewhere between 30-40 grams was the most the body can utilize at any single meal.</description>

		<description>Studies at 3.5 g/kg(lbm) possibly 3.5 g/kg(bm) on body builders have been study over 3 months and it yielded 8% &amp; 8.5% strength/mass or some percentGe fairly close like over 5%.  I can try to give you a link.  It wasn&#039;t studying kidney function per se, but was inclusive of negative health effects.  Which when reported on, did not mention negative side effects.</description>

		<description>I don&#039;t see kidney stone risk specifically mentioned here.  I&#039;ve read elsewhere that high protein intake has been proven to significantly raise the risk for these.  Is this known to be true or is it more bullshit based off of bad studies?</description>
