It seems the link above is broken, we get a 404 not found when clicking on it, it’s the same from Martins site. Do you have a copy for yourself?

Nope, and I don’t have a copy.

Turns out that google had done its good work and kept a copy for us all in its cache. So I have culled it and put it on my site (with appropriate admitting to it coming from google’s cache).
