Question regarding the blood flow redux.

We all agree that there is no form of spot reduction. but would training that specific area via training(creating vasodilation) allow more energy from the fat cells to be pulled from there.

This is while dieting of course.

I'd like to comment on an unrecognized reason for the blood flow decrease. The average american eats twice as much protein as is required. Excess protein is metabolized in the nitrogen cycle to nitrite, a potent vasoconstrictor that is stored in body fat. The nitrite conversion occurs in the bacteria of the mouth as they convert nitrate to nitrite. If you take a fasting saliva sample about 1.5 hours after a meal when symptoms appear and double the reagents of a standard aquarium nitrite test you will see it. Anyway, this nitrite is released in mass quanties during fat loss and causes profound vasocontriction causing decreased oxygenation of the body which shows up as a stuffy nose and poor capillary refill in the nailbeds. To keep blood flow going for the three hours one has to manage the nitrite or the body will become hypoxic and burn through blood sugar increasing hunger progressively until one must eat carbs. However the carbs do not solve the problem so it is a barrier to weight loss.
