Just done reading this and part 2.

Overall I think you couldn&#039;t be more right when you write that &quot;gurus&quot; (gosh I hate this word) are wrong when they recommend interval training + metabolic weight lifting + low-carb diets. There&#039;s nothing magical about them, and your point regarding intervals not being doable once glycogen is depleted is clever. I wonder what they&#039;d say about it.

I&#039;d add that the low-carb crowd shouldn&#039;t be afraid of a little carb post-workout (especially after interval training), since most of it will be shuttled directly to the muscle to recover and repair after the workout.
