Fat&#039;s cells only seem to gain in number after 20 and never decrease without something radical. But could the body permanently kill it&#039;s adipose tissue before the age of 20 as Martin Berkhan used to be fat at 16-18? Hopefully we ain&#039;t screwed for life because of this. I thinking about a cocktail megadose of piperine, curcumin, naringin, choline, resveratrol and quercetin? At least it&#039;d inhibit pre-adiposites from maturing and increase GLUT-4 on muscle tissue when taken orally/sublingually  but in theory the body should lose 10% BF over a year due to the lack of growth factors. Maybe not in very skinny people but atleast in fat dudes.

If leptin resistance could only increase, won&#039;t reducing the bodyfat % increase insulin sensitivity/lower aromatase enzyme activity and therefore increasing leptin production from feeding? 
Alan Aragon said that the setting point would drop over time and Martin Berkhan seem to be able to stay thin all year round. Is leptin all that important if the body and mind adapts to dieting, cold and exercise as being normal, therefore lowering cortisol and catecholamine secretion?

If Leptin has an affects on NYP, CRH, Dopamine could the body produce even more monoamine oxide inhibitors in the face of chronically low DA and high cortisol levels?

I was thinking that a nicotine patch would allow a transient rise in DA and drop in cortisol as well as raising serotonin depending on a individual&#039;s dosage and tolerance, hopefully it&#039;d protect the leydig cells from atrophy. I was also thinking that SHBG might work against the rise in testosterone.</description>
