		<description>Thank you for helping me to understand the difference between set point and settling points. I wonder if the set point theory actually works; the regul;ation factor certainly has not been my experience. My body seems to listen to a voice of its own by not getting back to where it was originally. Then again, I need to participate in the process.</description>
