Lyle,
Been following your website and reading your books. I'm doing a competition on Saturday. I'm following the UD2 diet which has been both awesome and awful. Anyway, been taking caffeine regularly, but thought I read somewhere that in order to benefit more from the caffeine, you should take a break from it, so I stopped taking caffeine on Sunday. I've noticed that I'm still looking a little smoother than I have been and am wondering if the caffeine, or lack thereof, is the culprit. In short my question is, is this normal? and, all things being equal, should I expect to look ok for the show despite looking smoother this tuesday than previous tuesdays? (I stopped doing cardio Sunday, and I normally did cardio 5 days a week).
Thanks,
Robert

Ephedrine/caffeine stack. At least one study showed that it helped to offset the weight gain associated with smoking.

I have quit smoking after 18 years. I am 34 and have gone from 13 stone to 16 stone in the last 22 weeks since quitting smoking.

My belly is bulging and drooping which is nasty and I have some breathing problems which affects my training. I have really gotten into my training and alternate exercises everyday. I just get to go to the gym for 45 minutes for circuit training but am finding that my stomach does not seem to buj I just want to reduce my belly not muscle. So don't want to be skinny but lose the belly...like most people I guess.

Any training tips or supplements that can help...whats the Acai Berry story...any ideas? I am sick and tired of these fake fat reducing diets so please give me something I can work with.

Many Thanks
