I see the need to cut out sugar but  cottage cheese has been a staple of mine for years and I am almost 52 and ...though not a body builder...very lean and I want to keep my bones healthy for the rest of my life. I am curious about the low fat dairy products. I KNOW that many good fats make the metabolizm work more efficiently and wonder the same about dairy. Is it good to buy low fat or non fat or is it better to buy whole fat dairy to help the liver remove more fat?.</description>
