		<description>While not understanding any of the science behind it, I totally agree with this. I was told I was mentally ill when I was 17. I was also told by those close to me that due to this I would be a lot more difficult in relationships (not true, but at the time I totally believed them). Because of this I couldn&#039;t lose weight for 12 years. Subconsciously I protected myself by believing that I wasn&#039;t in a relationship because I was too heavy, not because I was crazy.

The mind is a terribly powerful thing.</description>
